GOMA/ POLITIQUE: La ville de Goma s’apprête à accueillir le nouveau gouverneur militaire Constant Ndima nommé dans le cadre de l’état de siège
Annoncé depuis la veille la population de Goma s’apprête à acceuillir le nouveau gouverneur militaire récemment nommé par ordonnance présidentielle.
A l’aéroport de Goma, le décor est planté, des membres des partis politiques arborants leurs drapeaux et d’autres signes de visibilités sont visibles.
Certains officiels sont également visibles. Toutes fois, personne ne sait exactement quand l’avion transportant le nouveau gouverneur et sa délégation va se poser sur le sol volcanique de Goma.
Nommé pour diriger la Province du Nord-Kivu pendant l’état de siège, le lieutenant-général Constant Ndima est chargé de remettre la paix et la sécurité dans la Province du Nord-Kivu en général et dans sa partie Nord en particulier.
