BUKAVU/ SÉCURITÉ : La population du quartier Panzi, avenue Gihamba exige au Gouverneur Théo Ngwabidje la fin des travaux de la route Ruzizi 2- Place Major Vangu
La population de l’avenue Gihamba a barricadée depuis hier le tronçon routier Ruzizi 2-Place Major Vangu, elle réclame la fin de sa réhabilitation.
Pour rappel, c’est depuis plus 4 ans que la route de Gihamba est en réhabilitation coûtant aux contribuables du Sud-Kivu 9.500.000$ américain, depuis les gouvernements Chishambo jusqu’au gouvernement de Théo Ngwabije.
La Société Rubuye qui avait gagné ce marché public a déjà disparue de la circulation à Bukavu après avoir empochée plus de 6.000.000$.
Devant la population en furie qui revendique ses droits après le Gouverneur Théo Ngwabije Kasi ait ordonné avec pompe la démolition de certaines maisons sur ce tronçon et qui aurait promis que les travaux prendrais quelques seulement quelques jours a manqué des mots.
Actuellement, la route est coupée, il n’y a plus d’accès à la frontière Ruzizi 2 en passant par l’avenue Essence Major Vangu.
En ce moment, plusieurs camions qui acheminent des marchandises dans la ville de Bukavu sont bloqués et ne peuvent rejoindre la Ville.
