RDC/ JUSTICE : La cour constitutionnelle a tranchée : les ordonnances du Chef de l'Etat proclamant l'état de siège sont conformes à la constitution

Dieudonné Kaluba, président de la cour constitutionnelle, a présidé le jeudi 6 mai 2021 une audience en interprétation et conformité à la constitution, au cours de laquelle, les ordonnances du chef de l’État sur l’État de siège et portant nominations des gouverneurs militaires et policiers, ont été jugées conformes à la constitution.

«Cette audience qui a eu lieu au siège de la haute cour, a fait taire par ailleurs, les différentes langues qui se deliaient pour dénoncer une violation de la constitution par Félix Tshisekedi», explique un juriste.

Pour organiser l’offensive de l’armée contre les forces négatives, le chef de l’État a décrété l’état de siège dans les provinces du Nord-Kivu et de l’Ituri en nommant par la suite, de nouveaux chefs de ces deux exécutifs dont Luboya Nkashama dans la province de l’Ituri et constant Ndima dans la province du Nord-Kivu.
