KINSHASA/ JUSTICE: Vital Kamerhe attend de connaître définitivement son sort dans 15 jours ( Tribunal)
Le procès en appel qui oppose Vital Kamerhe et consort contre le Ministère Public et la partie civile s’est poursuivi pour la deuxième journée le 01 juin 2021 à la cour d’appel de Kinshasa/ Gombe.
Pour cette seconde journée, la place été aux plaidoiries des parties. Ici comme lors du procès au premier degré, les avocats de Vital Kamerhe se sont réservés de plaider, estimant que la cour n’a pas su prouver clairement l’infraction de détournement de deniers publics retenue à charge de leur client.
Pour sa part, la récusation des juges soulevée par la partie Nshagalume Masaro a été rejetée.
Ainsi, l’affaire a été pris en délibérée, le tribunal a promis de se prononcer dans quinze jours. Par cette occasion Vital Kamerhe sera définitivement fixé sur son sort.
Pour rappel, Vital Kamerhe est poursuivi pour détournement des fonds alloués à la constructions des maisons préfabriquées pour les policiers et les militaires retenu dans le cadre des 100 jours du Chef de l’Etat. Il avait alors été condamné en première instance à 20 ans des travaux forcés et 10 ans d’inéligibilité après qu’il ait purgé sa peine.
