UVIRA/ SÉCURITÉ : Le traffic sur la route reliant Bukavu à Uvira est perturbé ce matin à la hauteur de la localité de Luvungi
La RN5, reliant la Ville de Bukavu à celle d’Uvira vient d’être barricadée par la population de Luvungi.
La population en colère entend prétexter contre de la mort la veille du Président de motards YENGAYENGA tué par balle d’un militaire des FARDC.
En ce moment la tension est perceptible dans cette localité où le bilan de cette fusillade renseigne un mort et un blessé.
